Petra was awesome. It was like a guided tour through the eyes of an HVAC technician seeing every step of the tune up process. What each part of the AC unit is, what it does, how each major component should look and perform when in optimal condition. Art Plumbing & Electric does tend to have higher prices for service and repairs, but the intent of this review is to commend Petra for the service I received today for the AC Tuneup where the price point is always fair.

Ryan was very professional and explainedthe problems with our unit and all the options we had to solve our ac trouble, this helped us to take the best decision.

Jerry at Art Plumbing was professional and friendly. He evaluated my issue but we decided it is best for me to replace my A/C since it is over 17 years old.
